January Environmental located at Building 1920, State Rd 60 W Street, Bartow City, seems like a company that does not prioritize their customers. The staff was unresponsive to communication, with many attempts to contact them resulting in no answer or a phone call back days later. When they finally did come to assist with a hazardous waste disposal, it took them nearly 90 days to pay for the services provided. This experience has left a sour taste in the mouth of those who worked with them. The company's commitment to their clients appears to be non-existent. They provide a range of services including hazardous waste disposal, roll-off dumpsters, oil tank removal, and nuclear waste disposal. While their pricing is reasonable, this does not make up for the lack of responsiveness and responsibility shown by their staff. Unfortunately, January Environmental does not seem to be innovative in their approach to customer service, with communication being a major issue.The folks at January Environmental may care little about the feelings of those they work with, giving the impression that their time is more valuable than theirs. This lack of consideration makes it difficult to recommend this business to others.
