The James Irvin Civic Center is a lovely civic center that serves the community of Dade City. It's a safe and fun place to be, offering a variety of great programs for people of all ages. The center has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom, making it easily accessible for everyone. The facilities are clean and well-kept, perfect for kids' birthday parties or other community events. The staff does a great job of supporting children's services, providing a home away from home for hundreds of children. However, one issue is the location of a garbage dumpster that is too close to the playground area, posing a safety risk to kids playing there.
