This location seems to be a great place to find a new home. The staff at Southern Homes, including Adriana, are very helpful and provide a great experience. The community is well-maintained, with a nice recreation area that's perfect for families with kids and pets. The location is also convenient, being close to Lakeland and having a Bartow zip code. The floor plans are beautiful and offer a range of options for buyers. However, some might find the quality of the homes to be a bit lacking compared to the price. The community is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that are designed for easy access. Overall, this location is a great choice for those looking for a new home in the area.
