I've been to Jacobs, located at Building 5401 on W Kennedy Blvd Boulevard in Tampa City, and it seems like a professional organization. Their work hours are convenient, from 8 in the morning to 5 in the evening, Monday through Friday. The building itself is wheelchair accessible, which is great for people with mobility issues. The employees I met were friendly, although I didn't have any dealings with them directly. Jacobs provides a wide range of services, including financial services, consulting, and engineering consulting, which suggests that they are well-equipped to handle various client needs. Unfortunately, I've also read about a disappointing experience that a client had with one of the representatives, Leigh Ann, who came across as rude and dismissive. This experience made me think that the office may not always put clients first. However, not all clients have had negative experiences, and some have even praised their services as being exceptional. Overall, Jacobs seems like a capable organization, but it would be great if they could work on improving their customer service to provide a more positive experience for everyone.
