The amenities available include a restroom. The clients have mixed feedback, some have given a high rating, and some have given a low rating. For instance, one client gave a 5-star rating for the excellent service of Peggy, while another client gave a 1-star rating due to poor service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but there is an issue with long wait times and sometimes they fail to meet clients' expectations. This is evident from the client who waited 30 minutes past their appointment time and another client who experienced a terrible time and left without filing their taxes.Overall, the experience of clients varies, but most of them are satisfied with the services provided. The prices are competitive, but some clients feel that they are overcharged. One of the biggest issues that arose was a long wait time, a client had to wait for over an hour before they were seen, another client had to wait 45 minutes past their appointment time, and even another client had to wait 30 minutes past their appointment time. Jackson Hewitt Tax Service has a co-brand with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service.
