I had a great experience at Jack Brown's Seaplane Base. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Pat at the front desk. The instructors were knowledgeable and patient, and the training was thorough and well-organized. I was a bit concerned about the accessibility of the location, but the wheelchair-accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance made it easy to get around. The facilities were also well-maintained and comfortable. However, I did have a bit of a problem with my instructor, who seemed burnt out and wasn't very enthusiastic. This made the training a bit less enjoyable than it could have been. Overall, I would definitely recommend Jack Brown's to anyone looking to get their seaplane rating or just wanting to try out seaplane flying.
