I visited J Walk Photography at their location in Lakeland City, and I must say it was an experience. The building is easily accessible with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot, making it convenient for all visitors. However, my overall experience was marred by issues with their service.The photographs taken during our event were truly excellent, with a wide range of angles and moments captured. The highlight video was also impressive. However, the timing of receiving our pictures and videos was a major letdown. Despite initial promises, it took us a month and a half to get our pictures, and two months to get the highlight video and a week later for the full wedding video.The quality of their photography work is evident in the photos, and the team's skills in capturing moments are undeniable. Unfortunately, the speed of their service and the follow-through on their promises left much to be desired.I must say that the issue with the wedding video's length and quality was a major disappointment, given the significant investment we made in their services. It's clear that there are inconsistencies in their work and communication, which can be frustrating for clients.Overall, J Walk Photography has the potential to deliver excellent results, but they need to work on their communication and follow-through to meet client expectations.
