I've visited this location and noticed that it has a good reputation. The address is Building 8105, N Mulberry St Street, in Tampa City, and they also have a phone number, +18136507219. They offer a range of services, including construction, landscape design, and landscaping, and are co-branded with J.L.G Lawn Care. However, there's a significant issue with follow-through and reliability, as one customer had a very poor experience with the owner, Jermaine, who failed to fix the problems he created and was not transparent about his credentials.
The quality of their work can be inconsistent, as one customer was happy with the initial work, but the sod they laid died within a week. On the other hand, most customers were extremely satisfied with the services they received, praising Jermaine's professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality.
Pricing seems to be reasonable, with customers mentioning great value for the services provided. However, the quality of their work is not always consistent, which might be a concern for some customers.
Unfortunately, innovativeness is not a strong suit, as their services seem to be standard and don't stand out from others in the industry.
Overall, while this location has its strengths, it's essential to be cautious and do your research before hiring them, as the reliability and quality of their work can be a concern. It's also crucial to communicate clearly and ask for credentials in advance to avoid any potential issues.
