I was really looking forward to using this transportation company, but unfortunately, my experience was a disaster. They have a very long working hours every day, which is great, but that's about it. I agreed on a price with them, but then they raised it by a significant amount just a day before pickup, which was really frustrating. They were also three days late picking up my car, which caused a lot of inconvenience for me and the people I had to make arrangements with. The communication with the driver was also really poor - he didn't respond to my messages for days and when he finally did, he just sent a screenshot of his route without giving me any estimate of when I could expect the car to be dropped off. He finally showed up late at night, which was not what I had expected. The worst part is that they charged me almost double the agreed price and caused a lot of stress and inconvenience for me and others. It's a shame because I thought they would be a reliable and trustworthy company, but it looks like they have a lot of work to do to improve their service. The only positive thing I can say is that their pricing seems to be competitive, but it's not enough to make up for the rest of the issues I had.
