J & H Diesel & Truck Services is a well-established business located in Sarasota City, offering a range of services including oil change, truck repair, and motorcycle maintenance. The business has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. The staff at J & H Diesel & Truck Services seem to be knowledgeable and experienced in their field, with several customers praising their ability to diagnose and fix complex issues. However, there is one notable issue - one customer had a bad experience with a high repair bill, and the owner responded in a defensive manner, which may raise concerns about communication and transparency. The business has a relatively long operating schedule, with consistent hours from Monday to Friday, but is closed on weekends. Payment options include debit and credit cards, and the business offers amenities such as restrooms and a mechanic on site.Overall, the business seems to have a good reputation, with an average rating of 3.8 and several positive reviews from satisfied customers. However, the one negative review highlights the importance of effective communication and transparency in customer service.
