Many parents have reported feeling at ease leaving their children in the care of this facility, knowing that they will be well taken care of. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that every child feels loved and supported. However, some concerns have been raised about the facility's response to incidents and the overall professionalism of the staff. One parent reported feeling uneasy about the lack of documentation and notification when incidents occurred, and another reported being treated unprofessionally by the director.Despite these concerns, many parents have expressed their gratitude for the care and attention their children receive at "It Takes a Village." The facility's commitment to cleanliness and communication has been praised, and the summer camp program has been a hit with older children. The pricing of the facility is reasonable, and the staff are dedicated to making sure that every child feels valued and cared for. Overall, "It Takes a Village" is a reputable and trustworthy facility that prioritizes the well-being and education of its young students. However, it would benefit from improving its response to incidents and ensuring that all staff members demonstrate a professional attitude. One area for improvement is the facility's handling of incidents and concerns. It is essential that the staff be transparent and professional in their response to any issues that may arise. Additionally, the facility should ensure that all parents are kept informed about any incidents or concerns that may affect their child.Despite this, "It Takes a Village" is a great choice for parents looking for a reputable and trustworthy daycare facility. With its focus on education and learning, comfortable environment, and dedicated staff, it provides a great foundation for young children to grow and develop.
