This storage facility in Kissimmee City is a reliable choice for those seeking safe and convenient self-storage. The staff, particularly Andria and Tracy, are incredibly helpful and provide excellent customer service. They take the time to explain everything, from storage unit options to payment methods, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The facility itself is well-maintained, with a clean and organized parking lot and entrance. While there is no perfect storage facility, this one stands out for its exceptional service and competitive pricing. However, the one issue that stands out is the occasional need for more staff during peak hours, which can lead to longer wait times. Despite this, the staff's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction make up for it. Overall, this storage facility is an excellent choice for those in need of secure and convenient storage.
