This storage facility is well-liked by customers, with a high overall rating and good reviews. The quality of the facility is consistently high, with clean and well-maintained units and a secure environment. Pricing is also competitive, with some customers noting that it's reasonable and fair. However, some reviewers mention that the facility may not be the most innovative or cutting-edge, with some suggesting that it's a more traditional storage experience. One reviewer notes that the staff is very helpful and accommodating, with some going above and beyond to assist with needs. The facility is also praised for its cleanliness and organization, with many reviewers commenting that it's one of the cleanest and most well-maintained storage facilities they've seen. Some reviewers also appreciate the 24-hour access and the convenience of being able to access their units at any time. However, one reviewer notes that there have been some issues with lockout and that they had to wait for a long time to get their unit unlocked. This is a minor complaint, but it's worth noting that the facility could work on improving its response time to lockout situations.Overall, this storage facility seems like a good option for those looking for a secure and well-maintained place to store their belongings. While it may not be the most innovative or cutting-edge facility, it's clear that the staff is committed to providing excellent customer service and a high-quality experience.
