The NSA Storage facility in Seminole City has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from customers. The staff, particularly Shawn and Patricia, have been consistently praised for their exceptional customer service, helpfulness, and professionalism. Many reviewers have noted that the facility is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The staff's ability to accommodate customer needs and go above and beyond has been particularly impressive, with several reviewers mentioning specific instances where they received extra assistance.
However, one reviewer expressed frustration with the price increases, which they felt were unreasonable. Another reviewer had a negative experience with the sales process, feeling pressured to purchase insurance that was not necessary.
Overall, the NSA Storage facility in Seminole City appears to be a reliable and convenient option for storage needs. The staff's commitment to customer service and the facility's cleanliness and maintenance are major strengths. However, potential customers should be aware of the possibility of price increases and be prepared to advocate for themselves during the sales process.
