Based on the known data, the storage facility seems to be convenient and easy to use, with 24/7 access and a clean facility. However, there are several issues that have been raised by customers, including rat infestations, security concerns, and high prices. Some customers have reported finding rat feces and urine in their units, and have expressed concerns about the safety and security of the facility. Additionally, several customers have mentioned that the prices are too high and that the facility is not competitively priced with other storage facilities in the area. The facility's customer service has also been called into question, with some customers reporting difficulty in getting help or resolving issues. Some customers have reported being told that the facility is not responsible for pest control or other issues, and have been referred to the insurance company. It is worth noting that the facility has been praised by some customers for its cleanliness and convenience, and that the staff has been described as friendly and professional. However, these positive comments are outweighed by the numerous issues and concerns raised by other customers. One major issue that has been raised is the lack of security at the facility, including the presence of rat infestations and the ability of unauthorized individuals to access the facility. This raises serious concerns about the safety and security of customers' belongings. The facility's pricing has also been a major issue, with several customers reporting that the prices are too high and that the facility is not competitively priced with other storage facilities in the area.Overall, while the facility has some positive qualities, the numerous issues and concerns raised by customers make it difficult to recommend it. The facility needs to take steps to address these issues and improve its customer service and security in order to provide a safe and satisfactory experience for its customers.
