This location offers a range of services related to travel and recreation. The working hours are quite predictable, with most days available between 10:00 and 18:00, except for Thursdays. There is wheelchair accessibility, which is a plus. It is a travel agency that also offers services from IP Travel & Cruise, which might be beneficial for customers. Customers have given varying opinions. Some have praised the agency, mentioning that they have had a great time and that the staff are organized and friendly. Others have criticized the agency, stating that the service is not as professional as advertised and that they have had issues with communication. It seems like the main issue at this location is the quality of service, with some customers feeling that it's not up to par. On the other hand, the pricing seems to be competitive, and the agency has a wide range of services available. However, there is no information about how innovative the agency is, so it's hard to make a judgment about that.
