This business location seems to offer a well-rounded experience for its clients. The staff are described as a great team to work with, providing a welcoming and understanding environment. The office environment is also notable, with a comfortable and accessible space. However, there is one significant issue that some clients have reported. A few clients felt misled by the terms and conditions of their contracts, and experienced difficulties in communication with the management. This kind of treatment can be quite distressing, especially for independent contractors who are already dealing with a range of expenses and tax burdens. It's worth noting that the business appears to have some co-branding with iO Associates - Tampa, which could suggest a connection to a larger organization. This could be beneficial in terms of resources and support, but may also affect the local experience. The location is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that can accommodate users with mobility impairments. The working hours are standard for a weekday office, with no services available on weekends.Overall, while this business location has its strengths and weaknesses, it's clear that some clients have had very positive experiences, while others have been left feeling unhappy and unsupported.
