The parking lot is large and has designated wheelchair-accessible parking spots, which is a plus for people with mobility issues. Upon entering the building, I found that the entrance is also wheelchair accessible, making it a welcoming space for everyone.The working hours are clearly posted, and the staff is available during these times to assist with money transfer services, among other financial services. They offer on-site parking, which is convenient for customers. The staff is polite and courteous, but there's one issue - they hung up the phone on a customer who spoke English, which is not ideal.
