This review is based on feedback from multiple clients who have used the services of this business location. The overall score of 2.4 suggests that the business has some issues that need to be addressed. The quality score of 2.3 indicates that the services provided are not meeting the expected standards. The pricing score of 2.8 suggests that the prices charged are not competitive or fair. The innovativeness score of 3.1 indicates that the business is not very innovative or forward-thinking.It's worth noting that the business has a lot of negative reviews from clients who have experienced issues such as dishonesty, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior. Some clients have reported being charged extra fees for services that were not provided, while others have had problems with late or missing payments. The address of the business is Building 4805, Independence Pkwy Parkway, Suite 101, Tampa City. They can be contacted by phone at +18883745138 or by visiting their website at https://ielfreight.com/. The business is open 24/7, 7 days a week. One major issue that stands out is the lack of transparency and honesty in the business's dealings. Several clients have reported being misled or lied to by the business's representatives, which has resulted in lost time and money. This lack of integrity has damaged the business's reputation and has led to a significant decline in client satisfaction.Overall, it seems that this business location needs to work on improving its quality of service, pricing, and innovativeness in order to regain the trust of its clients and establish a positive reputation.
