Innovative Pool Concepts Inc. is a licensed business operating in the Tampa bay and surrounding areas since 1991. They offer custom quality swimming pool renovations, repairs, service, equipment, and decking. Their working hours are limited to weekdays from 7am to 5pm. I was able to reach the business owner's number, +17274081744. Their business address is Building 11690, Walsingham Rd Road, Largo City, and the website is http://www.ipctampabay.com/.From the third-party ratings and clients' feedback, it is evident that this business is highly regarded and respected. With a 5-star rating, clients have praised Innovative Pool Concepts for their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise in their work. One of the things that stands out about this business is their commitment to providing excellent customer service. Multiple clients have mentioned that they were extremely satisfied with the communication and responsiveness they received from the business owners and staff. The team's expertise in their craft is also noteworthy, with clients praising their ability to bring old and outdated pools back to life with precision and skill. A notable example is a client who initially thought their pool would need to be torn down but was instead able to be resurfaced and renovated with incredible results. Clients have also praised the business for their fair prices, with one client mentioning that they were a great value for the services they provided. Another notable example is a client who had a positive experience with the business owner, Randy, who paid his subcontractors on time and fairly. While there is no mention of any issues, one potential drawback could be the limited working hours, which may not be convenient for clients who need services on weekends.
