Innovative Homes & Remodeling is a multi-faceted business located at Building 709, Crystal Lake Rd Road, Lutz City. Their services range from remodeler and roof repair to roofing contractor, construction & development, and shopping.Their phone number is +18138514744, and you can also contact them via email at Gov@ihri.us or send a message through their office address at 709 Crystal Lake Rd, Lutz, FL 33548.One of the notable features of their business is wheelchair accessible parking lot, making it easier for people with mobility issues to access their services. However, there are some issues with the quality of their work. According to one customer, they had replaced a roof for a home in 2021, but there were many issues that were not done up to code, including no ventilation holes for attic circulation. Additionally, the customer's number was disconnected when they tried to follow up about the job.On the other hand, another customer had a positive experience with the business. They were able to get a new roof installed in just two days, including demolition of the old roof, and the new roof performed well in heavy rain. It's worth noting that the business has a 4.0 rating overall, and they co-brand with Innovative Homes & Remodeling. However, the quality of their work seems to be inconsistent, and potential customers should be aware of this before working with them.
