Innovative Cellular is a well-established business with a strong reputation for excellent service. The location is easily accessible, with on-site parking available for customers. The staff, led by Lenny, is knowledgeable and friendly, making customers feel comfortable and at ease. Most of the reviews mention that the staff is helpful and patient, going out of their way to explain the repair process and answer questions. Some customers have praised Lenny's honesty and willingness to fix problems even after the initial repair. Many have noted that the prices are fair and competitive, especially when compared to other repair shops in the area. However, one issue that stands out is the inconsistent quality of repairs. Some customers have experienced problems with their devices after repair, such as a broken screen or a phone that no longer charges. In one case, a customer's phone was replaced with a duplicate that wasn't fully functional, leading to accusations of dishonesty. Despite this issue, Innovative Cellular has a strong reputation for being a reliable and trustworthy business. Many customers have praised the shop for its quality parts and attention to detail, with some even noting that their devices look like new after repair. Overall, Innovative Cellular is a great option for anyone in need of phone repair, but it's essential to be aware of the potential for inconsistent quality.
