Innovation Townhomes is a construction and development business located in the heart of St. Petersburg City. The address is Building 544, Dr. M.L.K. Jr St S Street. The business has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for visitors with mobility issues. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.The business seems to have a mix of positive and negative feedback. One client gave a 1.0-star review, stating that the townhomes are not luxury, despite the high price tag, and that the area is not yet gentrified. The owner responded to the review, clarifying that the townhomes are marketed as contemporary new construction in the Innovation District. Another client gave a 5.0-star review, expressing their satisfaction with the build quality and the location's proximity to the medical campus and downtown area. The business has a phone number, +17274524229, and a website, https://www.innovationtownhomes.com/. However, there seems to be a notable absence of third-party ratings, which could suggest that the business is relatively new or has a limited online presence.Overall, Innovation Townhomes appears to offer high-quality construction and development services, but the pricing may be a point of contention for some clients. The business also seems to be pushing the boundaries of innovation in the area, but more reviews and ratings are needed to confirm this. One notable issue is that the area surrounding the business seems to be facing gentrification, which may be a concern for some clients.
