This is a great location for a beach vacation, with a perfect spot right across from the beach. The rooms are generally well-maintained and clean, but there have been some issues with cleanliness and maintenance in the past. Communication with the owners is usually excellent, and they seem to be responsive to any needs or concerns. One of the main downsides is the small size of the rooms, which can be a bit cramped for some people. Some guests have also reported issues with the water pressure in the shower, but this seems to be a sporadic problem. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The price is generally reasonable, but some guests have felt that it's a bit overpriced for what you get. One major issue that has been reported is the poor state of the rooms, with one guest describing it as "tatty and patchy" and another reporting that the floor needed sweeping and the kitchen appliances were greasy. However, these issues seem to be the exception rather than the rule.
