This Tampa location of Industrious offers a great experience for professionals looking for thoughtfully-designed, full-service workspaces. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and the Industrious team provides top-notch service, with friendly and knowledgeable staff like Katie and Gabby, who go above and beyond to accommodate members' needs. The space itself is modern, clean, and beautifully restored, with amazing amenities like snacks, coffee, and happy hours. It's a great place to work, connect with like-minded entrepreneurs, and enjoy a dynamic and productive environment. While some may find the pricing a bit high, the overall quality and innovativeness of the space make it well worth the investment. However, one issue that stood out in the feedback was a negative experience with Angela, who was reported to be rude and combative when answering phones. It's essential for Industrious to address this issue and ensure that all staff members provide excellent customer service to maintain the high standards of the space.Overall, Industrious Tampa is a fantastic choice for businesses and professionals seeking a modern, functional, and productive workspace with top-notch amenities and exceptional service.
