This business location seems to have some drawbacks, but also some positive aspects. From the outside, it appears to be a well-established medical service and supply store. The business is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus for customers with mobility issues. The store sells a variety of medical products, including orthopedic braces, which are made in the USA. The fact that the products are made locally may be a selling point for some customers. However, the store's phone etiquette could be improved. One customer had a negative experience when they called to ask a question, and the staff member they spoke with was rude.Unfortunately, the store's quality of products and services seems to be a letdown. The customer who experienced poor phone service also had concerns about the quality of the products. There is no information available on the pricing of the products or services offered by this business. It would be helpful for customers to know how much to expect to pay.Overall, this business location has potential, but it seems to have some areas for improvement. A positive experience with phone service and higher quality products would go a long way in making this business a success.
