The building itself is easily accessible for people with mobility issues, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The agency is situated on the 6th floor, and the address is easy to find.The agency is co-branded with IKON, which suggests a level of professionalism and expertise. However, upon entering the office, I didn't notice anything particularly innovative or modern in terms of design or technology.The staff were friendly and welcoming, but it seemed that they were still getting used to working in the new location. Despite this, they were helpful and answered my questions to the best of their ability.One notable issue I encountered was the lack of a clear and comprehensive menu of services on their website. It would be beneficial for them to provide more information about the services they offer and the areas they specialize in.In terms of pricing, I couldn't find any clear information on their website or during my visit.
