The IDiA GROUP is a modern architecture and design boutique in Sarasota, FL, that primarily focuses on residential renovation and design. The office is wheelchair accessible, both in parking lot and entrance. The team seems to be confident in their work, but some concerns arise from clients' feedback. It seems that communication and reliability might be an issue. One client reported being surprised by a lack of gutters above the pool patio and front door walk, and an outdated driveway. While the client cannot comment on the company's adherence to SRQ building codes, some people believe the rules do not apply to this team.Another client experienced severe issues with a home renovation, including a clogged main sewer line and a roof material improperly specified, leading to leaks and massive repairs. The client was unable to rent the house out and spent significant amounts of money on fixes. The seller refused to help and has not stood by their work, leaving the client with significant financial losses. It's essential to consider these concerns when deciding whether to work with the IDiA GROUP. While they might be knowledgeable in modern design, their reliability and communication might be areas for improvement. It's crucial to carefully review contracts and agreements before working with this team.
