This business is located at 300A S Belcher Rd Road, Clearwater City, making it easily accessible by car. The parking lot has wheelchair accessible spaces, which is a great feature for those with mobility issues. However, upon closer inspection, the construction equipment in the parking lot is quite visible and might be a distraction. The business has an impressive co-branding deal with iDesign, which adds to its reputation as a top-notch construction and development company. They are well-equipped to handle all sorts of construction and modeling projects, from small renovations to large-scale architectural projects.Their quality of work is generally very good, with attention to detail and a focus on getting the job done right. However, there is a noticeable lack of originality in their designs, which might not appeal to those looking for something truly unique. The pricing is very competitive, with great value for the money. They are willing to work within budgets and offer flexible pricing options.Despite some minor drawbacks, this business is a great choice for those looking for a reliable and skilled construction and development company.
