This laundry location is convenient due to its 24/7 working hours, making it suitable for people with non-traditional schedules. The prices are also relatively low, which is a plus. However, the quality of service has been a concern for some users, with several complaints about malfunctioning washers and dryers. Some users have also reported issues with the change machine and the lack of assistance from staff. A notable issue is that there are not enough working dryers to accommodate all users, which can lead to long waiting times.
