Ideal Cabinetry is a furniture store that offers kitchen and bath cabinetry. Their store is located in Building 210, Century Blvd Boulevard, Bartow City. The store is open Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. They offer online estimates and onsite services.Unfortunately, there are several issues that have been reported by customers. Some have received damaged or defective products, while others have experienced delays in receiving their orders. Some customers have also reported poor communication and unprofessional behavior from the company's representatives.Despite the issues, the company has made some attempts to address the problems. They have apologized for the inconvenience caused and have offered to replace or repair damaged products. However, some customers have reported that the company's response has been slow and unhelpful. One issue that stands out is the quality of the products. Many customers have reported receiving cabinets with dents, scratches, and poor paint finishes. Some have also reported that the drawers and doors were not properly assembled or installed.Another issue is the company's communication. Some customers have reported that it is difficult to get in touch with the company, and when they do, the representatives are unhelpful or unresponsive. In terms of pricing, the company seems to offer competitive prices. However, some customers have reported that the quality of the products does not match the price. Finally, in terms of innovativeness, the company seems to be offering a range of products and services, but some customers have reported that the products are not particularly innovative or unique.Overall, it seems that Ideal Cabinetry has some issues that need to be addressed. While they offer competitive prices and a range of products, the quality of their products and communication with customers need to be improved.
