ID Logistics is a logistics and transportation company that has been in business for over 20 years. They offer various services related to supply chain management. The company is accessible for people with disabilities, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The quality of the services seems to be a mixed bag. Some reviewers have praised the staff, describing them as friendly and professional, while others have reported rude or unprofessional behavior. Some have even mentioned issues with loading and unloading, with one reviewer saying they had to wait all night for their load to be processed. The pricing of ID Logistics seems to be reasonable, with some reviewers mentioning that they offer affordable prices. However, there is no information about innovativeness, which might be due to the lack of new or unique services offered by the company.Overall, ID Logistics seems to be a decent option for logistics and transportation services, but with some room for improvement in terms of quality and customer service. One issue that has been reported by several reviewers is the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by some staff members, which can be frustrating and unpleasant for customers.
