ICI Homes - Florida's Custom Home Builder offers high-quality homes with modern and spacious designs. The community, Bexley Ranch, is a great place for living with good schools, easy access to highways, parks, and recreational spaces. The homes here look nice, but there's a concern about the environmental impact of future development, as the remaining forests might be cleared once the homes are all sold. The community has lots of potential, and ICI Homes has one of the most modern homes. The prices of the homes seem to be competitive. ICI Homes is very innovative in its approach to building custom homes.
