Ice Cold Air is a reliable and trustworthy transmission shop, tire service, oil change service, and automotive repair shop located in Tampa, Florida. The business is owned by a diverse group of entrepreneurs who identify as LGBTQ+, women-owned, and Black-owned, making it a welcoming space for customers from all backgrounds. The staff at Ice Cold Air are highly skilled and knowledgeable, with many reviewers praising their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customers' needs. Scott, in particular, has received rave reviews for his exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner. One of the standout features of Ice Cold Air is their commitment to transparency and fairness in their pricing. Reviewers have praised the business for providing clear estimates and avoiding any unnecessary or upsold repairs. Additionally, the business offers a 2-year warranty on most repairs, giving customers peace of mind and protecting their investment. While some reviewers have noted that the business can be busy and may have long wait times, the overall consensus is that Ice Cold Air is a top-notch auto repair shop that consistently delivers high-quality work and exceptional customer service. The only issue that stands out is that some reviewers have reported difficulties in getting ahold of the business's owner, Ashley, or getting a resolution to an issue after multiple visits.
