This Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs location in Haines City offers a decent overall experience. The quality of the food is a bit of a mixed bag, with some customers receiving underwhelming experiences, but others enjoying their meals. The pricing is a major strength, with many customers praising the value for money. The innovativeness of the menu and offerings is also notable, with a variety of flavored crusts and other unique options. However, there are some concerns about the service, with some customers reporting long wait times and unfriendly staff.
One major issue that stands out is the inconsistent delivery times, with some customers waiting over an hour for their orders to arrive. This is a major problem, as it can lead to customers being hungry and frustrated. Additionally, some customers have reported receiving incorrect or cold food, which is unacceptable. The management's response to these issues has been inadequate, with some customers feeling dismissed or ignored.
Despite these issues, Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs in Haines City still has its fans, with many customers praising the friendly staff and quick service. However, the location's inconsistency and lack of attention to customer complaints hold it back from being a top-rated spot.
