Based on the client feedback and third-party ratings, Hughes Exterminators seems to be a reliable and effective pest control service. Most clients praise the professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality of the staff. Technicians like Ernie, Chris, and Johnny are mentioned specifically for their excellent customer service and thoroughness. Many clients also appreciate the fair prices and the fact that they have not seen any pests since the service was performed. Some clients mention that they have been using Hughes Exterminators for several years and are satisfied with the service. However, there is one instance of a client who had a negative experience with the company. They mention that the company was unable to show up to respray their house for several weeks, and they eventually switched to another pest control company. This issue is mentioned in a review from 2025.
