I had a very positive experience with Hughes Exterminators. The staff is friendly and professional, and they always show up on time. The service they provide is thorough and effective, and they take the time to explain everything to you. I've been using their services for over a year now and haven't seen any bugs in my house. They offer a variety of services, including mosquito, fire ant, and termite control, and they use environmentally friendly products. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very responsive to any issues that may arise.There is one major issue that I've had with Hughes Exterminators, which is that they didn't communicate well about a problem they caused. They came to my house to assess my possible termite damage, but they damaged the area in and around the entry to my crawl space. When I mentioned this to them, they denied culpability and didn't take any responsibility for the issue. It's been a month since I've reached out to them and I haven't heard back from them. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable and has left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, I would recommend Hughes Exterminators to anyone who needs pest control services, but I would advise them to be careful and make sure they communicate well with the staff.
