The service is wheelchair accessible as well. However, there have been some issues with the maintenance process, as some clients have reported that it takes a while to get maintenance done. One client reported a negative experience with the staff, stating that they were asked to take their child outside in the heat because they were playing too loudly, which left the client feeling disrespected.
