The location has been known to provide quality public housing that is affordable for individuals and families in Tarpon Springs. The staff, including Paula and Kim, are very helpful and make the process of applying for housing easy. The community is wheelchair accessible and has amenities such as restrooms. The service is wheelchair accessible as well. However, there have been some issues with the maintenance process, as some clients have reported that it takes a while to get maintenance done. One client reported a negative experience with the staff, stating that they were asked to take their child outside in the heat because they were playing too loudly, which left the client feeling disrespected. However, this incident seems to be an isolated one. The majority of clients have had positive experiences with the staff and the services provided. Overall, the location is a good option for those in need of public housing, but some improvement in the maintenance process is needed. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the community is well-maintained.
