The Housing Authority of Bartow is a government service located in the Building 1060 on Golfview Ave Avenue in Bartow City. It provides housing opportunities for low-income families through community agencies in the area. The phone number for the authority is +18635336311 and its website is https://www.habartow.org/. Unfortunately, this location has a concerning atmosphere, with many people complaining about being stared down, theft, and loud arguing. The area is also described as a "hood" or "projects" by some reviewers. However, one reviewer appreciates the respectable manager and the convenience of the location. Unfortunately, noise issues from neighboring apartments and strict rules about yard decor have been mentioned as issues.
