This location provides an excellent experience for its clients, with a high rating of 4.9 out of 5. The quality of services is exceptional, with a perfect score of 5.0. The prices are very competitive, with a rating of 4.5 out of 5. The location is innovative, with a rating of 4.9 out of 5, offering a unique concept of infrared sauna workouts and 24/7 access. The studio is well-equipped with amenities such as wheelchair-accessible seating, restrooms, and a parking lot. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making every client feel like family. The location is also very convenient, with extended working hours on weekdays and limited hours on Saturday. While the prices are very competitive, one issue that stands out is the cancellation policy, which resulted in a client being charged for two months of membership after not showing up for the onboarding orientation. The owner's response to this issue was not satisfactory, and it could be improved to better serve clients.Overall, this location is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a unique and effective workout experience.
