Hot Wax Glass is a decent smoke shop located on Central Ave in St. Petersburg. The business has a friendly staff, but the service can be inconsistent at times. Some customers have reported being helped by staff members who were knowledgeable and attentive, while others have experienced long wait times or unhelpful staff. The store's selection is decent, with a variety of glass pipes, vape supplies, CBD, kratom, and smokeables available. However, some customers have reported that the selection can be limited at times, and the prices may not always be the most competitive. One of the standout features of Hot Wax Glass is its glass studio on site, where customers can watch live glassblowing demonstrations. This can be a fun and educational experience for customers, and it adds to the overall atmosphere of the store. On the negative side, some customers have reported issues with the store's hours of operation. While the store claims to be open late, some customers have reported that it is not always possible to get in after a certain time. Overall, Hot Wax Glass is a solid choice for customers looking for a smoke shop with a wide selection of products. However, customers should be aware of the potential for inconsistent service and limited selection at times. One notable issue with the store is the fact that they have stopped carrying kratom, which was previously a popular item. While the store has stated that they will restock on kratom in the future, this has been a source of frustration for some customers who relied on the store for this product.
