This free initial consultation with the RN ensures that Hopewell not only has a solid understanding of the patient's medical needs, but that we also gain insight into selecting the best person to assist your loved one. The nurse will assess the patient's mental, physical, and environmental condition, then prepare an objective, written care plan designed to meet the specific needs of the patient. Did You Know?
