The staff is extremely friendly, caring, and compassionate, making it a welcoming place for patients and their families. The facility has everything one needs, including private rooms, shared kitchen space, laundry, and a pool table. They even have a park across the street and Moffitt Cancer Center next door, making it a convenient location for treatment.The guests appreciate the help of the staff and the organization as a whole, feeling like they are part of a community. Many guests mention that it feels like home, which is a testament to the quality of the services provided. The lodge is well-managed, super clean, and has private parking, making it a great option for those going through treatment.However, one of the guests mentioned that you need to have a recommendation from your doctor at Moffitt and work with your social worker to get a room, which can be a bit inconvenient for some. But overall, the guests are extremely satisfied with the services provided and would recommend it to others.
