The storage facility is generally a good option for those looking for RV or boat storage. The facility is well-maintained and clean, with amenities such as a dump station, air and water hoses, and a wash bay. The staff is friendly and helpful, with employees like Hope and Chad providing excellent customer service. The facility is also secure, with cameras and a gated entrance. However, one issue that stands out is the lack of consistency in staff performance. While Hope and Chad are praised for their helpfulness and professionalism, some customers have had negative experiences with other staff members. This inconsistency can be a concern for customers who value reliability and high-quality service.Overall, the facility seems to be a good option for those looking for a secure and convenient place to store their RV or boat. However, customers should be aware of the potential for inconsistent staff performance.Despite this issue, the facility's cleanliness, amenities, and security make it a good choice for those in the area. The staff's helpfulness and professionalism, as seen in Hope and Chad, are also major positives. With a bit of improvement in staff consistency, this facility could be an excellent option for RV and boat storage.
