Honest Landscapes & Nursery in Venice, FL, is a well-established and reputable business that excels in commercial landscape design and installation. With a team of professionals led by Ryan, the company offers customized solutions tailored to clients' needs. From creating beautiful outdoor spaces to addressing community service projects, Honest Landscapes demonstrates a commitment to quality and integrity. The business boasts a near-perfect overall rating, indicating a high level of customer satisfaction. Clients praise the team's professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent workmanship. Many reviewers highlight the company's ability to go above and beyond expectations, often exceeding clients' needs and providing added value. The wheelchair-accessible parking lot ensures that clients with disabilities can easily access the business, making it a more inclusive and welcoming environment. The company's website and social media presence appear well-maintained, providing a clear and transparent way to communicate with clients and showcase their work. However, one area for improvement is the lack of transparency regarding their follow-up services after completing a project. One reviewer mentioned that Ryan's company has become too large and is more focused on larger accounts, making it challenging to receive adequate follow-up care. This highlights the need for Honest Landscapes to revisit their customer service policies and ensure that all clients, regardless of the size of their account, receive the attention and support they deserve.
