This business has some great qualities that make it stand out. The homes built by Homes by AnnDavid are beautiful and well constructed, with a lot of care and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and professional, and they go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are happy with their homes. The company has a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship, and it shows in every aspect of their work. However, there is one major issue that needs to be addressed: the cleanliness of the job site. Some clients have reported seeing trash and debris scattered around the construction area, which is not only unsightly but also a concern for the neighborhood. The company claims that they have a dumpster on-site to keep the area clean, but it seems that it's not being used effectively.Despite this issue, the company has received high praise from many of its clients, who have been satisfied with the quality of their homes and the professionalism of the staff. The company's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction is clear, and it's evident that they're doing something right.Overall, Homes by AnnDavid is a solid choice for those looking for a custom home builder. While there are some areas for improvement, the company's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses. With a bit of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean job site, this company could be truly exceptional.
