This business location on Building 1112, E Kennedy Blvd B Street, Tampa City offers a range of services, including apartment rental, real estate rental agency, and commercial real estate agency. The building itself is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot and entrance. The real estate consultant, part of HomeLife Tropical Realty, seems to be doing a decent job in helping clients find their ideal properties. However, some people may find the quality of service to be just average, with little attention to detail in certain situations. The prices for the services offered are quite competitive and reasonable, making this location a popular choice for those looking for real estate deals. On the other hand, some might find the services to be a bit outdated and not as innovative as they could be.Despite the above, the business is generally well-regarded in the area and has a loyal customer base. However, there seems to be some inconsistency in the services provided, which might be worth addressing to improve overall satisfaction. One notable drawback of this location is the lack of timely response from the staff, which can make it difficult for clients to get the information they need in a timely manner. This is an area that the business could improve on to provide a better overall experience.
