Home2 Suites by Hilton Tampa Westshore Airport offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travelers. The hotel's location near the airport and shopping mall is a major advantage, making it an ideal choice for those with early morning flights or late-night arrivals. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, a large walk-in shower, and a big TV.However, some guests have reported issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, including stains on the carpet, dusty surfaces, and a strong smell of chemicals. The hotel's breakfast options have also been criticized, with some guests finding the selection limited and the quality lacking. The staff at Home2 Suites by Hilton Tampa Westshore Airport are generally friendly and helpful, although some guests have reported issues with communication and a lack of attention to detail. The hotel's shuttle service is convenient, but some guests have experienced issues with the schedule and reliability. One major issue that has been reported by several guests is the hotel's policy on cleaning and housekeeping. Some guests have reported that the rooms were not cleaned regularly, with some even finding trash and dirty laundry in the rooms. This has led to a sense of discomfort and dissatisfaction among some guests.Overall, Home2 Suites by Hilton Tampa Westshore Airport is a decent choice for travelers, but it falls short in terms of cleanliness and housekeeping. While the staff are friendly and the location is convenient, the hotel's policies and practices need to be improved to meet the needs and expectations of its guests.
