We have had a great experience with Home-Tech, consistently receiving professional and courteous service from their technicians. Chris R. has been particularly impressive, always arriving on time and providing clear explanations of the work being done. He has gone above and beyond to resolve issues, such as diagnosing and fixing our refrigerator's fan, and has even taken the time to explain the condition of our appliances in a way that's easy to understand. In addition, their prices have been very reasonable, especially with our Gold Service Agreement. We've been able to save money on appliance repairs and replacements, and their technicians have always been knowledgeable and efficient. One issue we've noticed is that sometimes the technicians take a while to respond to follow-up calls or emails, but overall, we're very satisfied with Home-Tech's service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliance or HVAC repairs.
