This Home Depot location is a decent option for those in the area, with a wide range of services offered, from home repairs to community services. The staff on the floor is helpful and patient, working together as a team to assist customers. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, and the entrance is also accessible for people with mobility issues. However, there seems to be an issue with disorganization and poor customer service at this location. One customer reported waiting an hour for a requested pallet of landscaping stone, while another experienced a disorganized mess and poorly stocked shelves. The staff's ability to help is also sometimes lacking, as one customer was left without assistance. In terms of pricing, the store seems to offer reasonable prices for its services. However, there are some complaints about poor quality lumber and the lack of quality control.Overall, this Home Depot location is an average experience, with some good qualities but also some significant drawbacks. While it may be a good option for some customers, others may want to consider alternative locations. It would be helpful if the store could address the issues with customer service and quality control to provide a better experience for customers.
